educational, useful for both Consumers and Farmers! Shopping Cart is being revised

As 'regen' farmers since 2001, we experienced 25% better prices for produce twice as good (BRIX) as any other.
NxL is unique in the world (we have been using spectrometers for soil and produce measurement for past 10 years, so we know).
Nx allows farmers to use 'objective' measures which Consumers understand, whether buying at the market or online.

Black, gold, red, silver and turquoise - select you own.
NxL (Lab Grade) for farmers, growers, producers, chefs, etc. for more intense scanning.
NxC (Consumer Grade) for fast, automated scanning in-store or at the market, to select the most delicious, nutritious before you pay!

Developed and built in Ballarat, Australia.
When we first sold BRIX meters in our "Fresh Produce and Organics" store in Trentham in 2010, Consumers told us that we could not call it BRIX (the best measure of nutrient density for past 200 years) because a coffee shop called "BRIX" had just opened in Melbourne.
As you know, the Consumer is always right, so I asked "What shall I call it". They said "Why not call it a NutriMeter, as that is what it does!"
Since then, 10 evolutions of the NutriMeter (Trade Marked) later, we have Nx, @ 10% of the price of it's nearest competitor, and much more useful and versatile.

3 Independent Indices
Sensitive to structure-, solidity-, and density-related characteristics influenced by soil, plant health, and harvest timing.
Sensitive to sweetness-related, soluble characteristics influenced by variety, maturity, and growing conditions
High Ratios may indicate sweetness modification (GMO/NBT)
• SCI and NDI are independent and not opposites.
• Neither index is intrinsically better than the other.
• Interpretation depends on produce type and variety.
