Where are we going regarding healthy food?
"Industrial" large scale Farming are facing diminishing returns.
- Soil and produce quality is diminishing,
- farming input costs are going up.
- Increasing fertilization only worsens the problem - extracting more and more nutrients from depleting soils.
- Food miles have increased from 16 000Kms (Ceres 2016) to 70000 kms (AI 2025)
- Result : our Nations' health costs keep going up!
